Our room location was great, on the ground floor just near the spa & pool, Bed was very comfortable , nice furnishings , a kitchenette in our room was a bonus with a coffee pod machine, breakfast which was included in our price was very enjoyable with a great selection of hot & cold food & the reception Desk staff were very friendly & helpful . This property also had a laundry for us to wash & dry our own clothes or you could get them to do it too for a fee. We would recommend staying at this property as it’s clean & comfortable & in a great location & restaurants are very close by & a quick walk to the harbour.

PROS: -Very close to the Seattle-Victoria FRS Clipper terminal, walk it! -Nice large rooms with balcony, kitchenette, fridge. -Comfy Beds -A very nice indoor hot tub / jacuzzi. -Friendly staff all around. -Breakfast included, with eggs and meats. -Quiet since its not directly in downtown Victoria -Walkable to downtown Victoria and Fisherman's Wharf.

We enjoyed having the hotel location near downtown and the harbor of Victoria. Loved the complimentary kitchenette. We only found out later, during check out , that there was on the premises a self serve guest laundry facility.

great location, very friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast included, comfortable bed & pillows, nice shower head with shampoo & soaps on wall of shower area.

Location great. Room clean. Kitchenette convenient. Breakfast was good and a nice sitting area. Complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. Overall staff friendly.

We liked the friendly, helpful staff - both at the front desk & breakfast room. Lee, Bryan (Breean?), and Krista were patient and thorough in answering our questions and helping with the DVD player in our room.

The location was prefect. Close to everything. The beds were very comfortable. They had coffee made in the lobby if you wanted to take it with you When you went out.. The breakfast that was included was as good. Nice verity.

Breakfast options were pretty good. The person watching over the breakfast room was always helpful and on the ball with cleaning tables when people left. Loved the shower head. Good invigorating spray, not like those “tinkle” rain shower heads where you’re waiting to get completely wet. Cute little balcony. We were able to walk to everything in downtown Victoria from this location (we’re in our 50’s with no physical impediments). Secured parking was nice and we could park our own car 👍🏻

Impressed with the lady working in the breakfast room on the morning of Feb. 2nd. Constantly cleaning and wiping surfaces and very friendly.
