Best Western PLUS Inner Harbour Hotel

Our room location was great, on the ground floor just near the spa & pool, Bed was very comfortable , nice furnishings , a kitchenette in our room was a bonus with a coffee pod machine, breakfast which was included in our price was very enjoyable with a great selection of hot & cold food & the reception Desk staff were very friendly & helpful . This property also had a laundry for us to wash & dry our own clothes or you could get them to do it too for a fee. We would recommend staying at this property as it’s clean & comfortable & in a great location & restaurants are very close by & a quick walk to the harbour.

We enjoyed having the hotel location near downtown and the harbor of Victoria. Loved the complimentary kitchenette. We only found out later, during check out , that there was on the premises a self serve guest laundry facility.

Location great. Room clean. Kitchenette convenient. Breakfast was good and a nice sitting area. Complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. Overall staff friendly.

Breakfast options were pretty good. The person watching over the breakfast room was always helpful and on the ball with cleaning tables when people left. Loved the shower head. Good invigorating spray, not like those “tinkle” rain shower heads where you’re waiting to get completely wet. Cute little balcony. We were able to walk to everything in downtown Victoria from this location (we’re in our 50’s with no physical impediments). Secured parking was nice and we could park our own car 👍🏻
